What is Pos Laju Standard Delivery?
Pos Laju Standard Delivery is a reliable shipping service that offers economical delivery options within the country, typically taking 1-3 business days for parcels to reach their destinations.
Delivery Duration
- Within West Malaysia, within Sabah or within Sarawak:
- 3 – 5 working days after collection.
- West Malaysia to East Malaysia or vice versa:
- 7 working days after collection.
Delivery Coverage
- Whole Malaysia domestic delivery (including East Malaysia and West Malaysia).
- Delivery service is unavailable to P.O Box and FELDA areas.
Pick Up
- Same day pick up: Book before 12:50pm.
- Pick up time: 9am – 5pm.
- Pick up day: Monday to Friday.
- Minimum pick up quantity (MOQ): No minimum pick up quantity.
Drop Off
Drop-off available at any Pos Laju courier Branches.
Max Weight & Dimension
- Max weight: 60kg
- Max dimension: Longest side shall not exceed 200cm, L + W + H ≤ 300cm.
- Volumetric weight (VW): (height x width x length)cm / 5000. Calculate now!
- Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
- Additional RM53 surcharge will be implied for:
- Overweight shipment: 30.1kg – 60kg.
- Oversized shipment: 150.1cm – 200cm on any side. Length + Width + Height ≤ 300cm.
Parcel Protection
- Basic parcel protection coverage: Maximum RM200.
- Exclusive parcel protection:
- Additional RM50 EasyParcel InsurePlus coverage for lost shipments.

Cash On Delivery (COD)
Available.
COD charges: RM7 or 4% of COD amount, whichever is higher.
Courier Settlement Timeline: 3–5 working days.
Min-Max COD Amount: RM7.42 to RM2,000.
