30kg. Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher. VW also applies if either one dimension is above 30cm.

Max Dimension
- Measures greater than 121cm along its longest side;
- Measures greater than 76cm along its second-longest side; or,
- Measures greater than 266 cm in length and girth (L+2W+2H)
Pick Up
- Available for all states in Malaysia.
- Book before 2:50pm for same day pick up.
- Pick up time will be from 11am to 5pm.
- Parcels booked after 2:50pm will be picked up the following working day from 11am to 5pm.
- For East Malaysia additional 2 working days will be needed.
- 2 copies of invoices and 2 copies of AWB’s will have to be provided upon collection. One copy of the invoice and AWB will have to be attached on the parcel, another copy will have to be passed to the collector.
Insurance
- All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fee and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.
- Basic coverage: USD20 per kg or USD 100 per shipment, whichever is lower.
- If the shipment exceeds the maximum dimension, and maximum weight stated, an additional handling surcharge of RM124.50 per shipment will be imposed.
- Out of Pickup Area Surcharge (OPA): RM112 per shipment or MYR2.20 per kg, whichever is greater.
- Out of Delivery Area Surcharge (ODA): RM112 per shipment or MYR2.20 per kg, whichever is greater.
