Pick up time: 8am – 11pm.
Pick up day: Monday to Saturday.

Max dimension: Greatest dimension shall not exceed 100cm on one side, L + W + H = 300cm.

All rates quoted are rates inclusive of shipping fee but do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties, shipment return charges et cetera.
A size surcharge will be imposed if your parcel size (length + width + height) exceeds 300cm. The surcharge will be charged to your EasyParcel account.
Please be informed that once order booking has been made, there’ll be no changes on the collection and delivery details. EasyParcel and courier company will not be held responsible for wrong details that was entered by sender and no refunds will be given in this instance.

Qxpress services will be carried out by Postal Network. - Receiver will be required to contact Local Post for any delivery / clearance issue.

If there is any duty and tax imposed, the receiver will be required to make payment, and self-collect the parcel at Local Post.
