Questions & Answers What is EasyParcel credit?Simply top up your EasyParcel account with credit to book deliveries as you go. Every top up package comes with different attractive rates and benefits. How much credit do I need? The cost of a delivery will depend on its size, weight, destination and courier rate. The majority of our most delivered parcels cost between RM5.50 – RM10. Do I have to use EasyParcel credit to pay for my delivery order?It is best to pay using EasyParcel credit to save time and enjoy much lower delivery rate. Otherwise, you may pay for each individual orders using “Instant Pay” at normal rate. You can only choose either 1 of the payment methods in a single order. What happens if I still have remaining credits after the promotion duration? Your account will be reverted to a normal rate after the promo duration ends. However, you can renew your account to a new promotion rate by topping up again. For eg: You’ve made an EP2000 top up on Jan 1 that unlock promotion rate for 6 months. After June 30, your account will switch back to normal rate. If you have remaining credit and you make a EP500 top up again on July 1, you will be able to enjoy a new promotion rate along with the remaining balance. How long is my credit good for? EasyParcel credit is valid for (1) year from your latest top up date.
