Basic coverage: MYR345 per shipment.
For every RM345 increase in shipment value beyond RM345, there will be an extra RM7.20 fee for coverage against loss or damage.

Parcel weight will be determined by either actual or volumetric weight (VW) or whichever is higher.
VW formula =(height x width x length)cm / 5000
All rates quoted are net rates inclusive of shipping fee and do not include additional surcharges incurred by courier / custom such as address correction fee, customs duty and taxes, temporary import export charges, import taxes or duties or shipment return charges.

Once the AWB is generated, customers are to automatically abide to UPS terms and condition, UPS prohibited item list, and UPS Tech Agreement (UAT).
