Terms & Conditions
- The promo rates above are applicable for new top up of EP20 or above from 12th April 2022 onwards until further notice.
- The promo rates above are applicable for selected couriers and deliver within same state ,West Malaysia as well as selected cities within East Malaysia, excluding outskirt areas.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the promo rate from time to time without prior notice. T&C applies.
- Your promo rate and package benefits will be renewed according to your most recent top up package. For example, you are enjoying EP2000 benefits and if you make a RM500 top up, your new promo rate and benefits will be based on EP500 package.
- Starter pack is applicable for first time upgrade to EP2,000 – EP5,000 only, free thermal printer is applicable for first time upgrade to EP10,000 – EP100,000 only. Once per account.
- Free starter pack for EP2,000 – EP5,000 and thermal printer for EP10,000 – EP100,000 will be dispatched to your profile address in an estimated of 4-8 weeks.
- Items that comes along with “0% Instalment” top up package will be dispatched to your profile address in an estimated of 7-14 days.
- EasyParcel credit and EasyParcel Reward points are valid for one year from your top up date. You can further extend the validity period of your EasyParcel credit and EasyParcel Reward points for additional 1 year by topping up any package before the expiry date.
- EasyParcel credit is non-refundable nor withdrawable once top up is made, and all benefits that come along with top up packages are non-exchangeable for EasyParcel credit or other benefits.
- EasyParcel reserves the right to amend any of the above promotion details and terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Questions & Answers
The cost of a delivery will depend on its size, weight, destination and courier rate. The majority of our most delivered parcels cost between RM5.50 – RM10.
Your account will be reverted to a normal rate after the promo duration ends. However, you can renew your account to a new promotion rate by topping up again. For eg:
- You’ve made an EP2000 top up on Jan 1 that unlock promotion rate for 6 months.
- After June 30, your account will switch back to normal rate.
- If you have remaining credit and you make a EP500 top up again on July 1, you will be able to enjoy a new promotion rate along with the remaining balance.
EasyParcel credit is valid for (1) year from your latest top up date. You can further extend the validity of all your credit balance for 1 year from your most recent top up date by topping up any package.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be offered.
Yes, we accept top up via offline. However, it might take up to 3 working days for credit, discounts and package benefit to reflect in your account.
For instant top up, may proceed with debit/credit card payment or online FPX bank transfer.
